1. Eligibility: Velocity Car Wash “Wash & Win” Event Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, who are legal residents of one of the following eligible zip code areas: 81401, 81402, 80477, 80487, 80488, 81501, 81502, 81503, 81504, 81505, 81506, 81507, 84010, 84015, 84089, 84037, 84040, 84041, 84075, 84054, 84087, and 84078, with a valid email address. Entrants must either (i) have an existing Fast Pass® account or (ii) create a Fast Pass® account if awarded a grand prize.
Employees, owners, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, Velocity Car Wash Management, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, and step-children, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether or not related) of a Promotion Entity are not eligible. EACH ENTRANT IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event of any inconsistency with any advertising or other materials, these “Official Rules” shall govern. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Velocity Car Wash Management, LLC and the Velocity Car Wash entity identified per location on the Registration Website (as defined below) as conducting the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor”).
3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm March 31, 2026.
4. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter: During the Promotion Period, visits to a Velocity Car Wash location will become entrants into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per license plate per day. Alternatively, entries may be made at: https://velocitywash.com/washandwin (“Registration Website”) by following the links and instructions to accurately complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address associated and a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted.). You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) entry per email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, home addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the entrant to register for this Sweepstakes. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information provided at registration for this Sweepstakes OR enrollment into Fast Pass® program, Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from entrant to show proof of entrant’s identity.
Please ensure that email settings are set up to allow for receipt of email communications from Administrator. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for an undeliverable notification of selection resulting from an undelivered email, any form of active or passive filtering by entrant’s account or email settings, or for insufficient space in an entrant’s account to receive notifications or emails.
5. Winner Selection and Prize Claim: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around two business days after close of the Promotion Period. Decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes
The potential winners will be notified by email. Grand Prizes will be loaded to Fast Pass® membership account, which requires a credit card on file for activation, within two (2) business days of validating response by Potential Prize Winner. Potential Prize Winners will be required to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days to confirm eligibility. Failure to respond to notification as detailed, or to comply with any other provision herein, may result in the potential prize winner being disqualified. An alternate potential prize winner may or may not be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prizes: Seven (7) potential Grand Prize (defined below) winners will be selected in random drawing on or about 4/2/2026 from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes (each a “Prize Winner”) and forty-eight (48) potential Runner-Up (defined below) winners will be selected in random drawing of eight (8) entrants each week from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes that week.
GRAND PRIZE: A Free Annual Velocity Car Wash Elite Fast Pass® good for one (1) year. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($480.00). RUNNER UP PRIZE: A Free Single Velocity Car Wash Elite Wash Pass. Total Approximate Retail Value: Twenty-two Dollars ($22). Actual value may vary depending on the location of the participating car wash. Limit: one (1) prize per household. Total ARV of all prizes: Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($4,416.00).
Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale, assigned, transferred, offered for transfer, duplicated, traded, or redeemed or exchanged for cash, merchandise or services, except as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Additional terms, restrictions, and exclusions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. It is the responsibility of each potential winner redeem and claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
7. Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to forever release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, affiliates and owner-operators (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all injuries, claims, demands, loss, harm, damage, cost or expense, or liabilities of any kind to any person(s), regardless of the cause (including those arising from the partial or sole negligence of, or any act or omission of, any Released Party), whether known or unknown, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of a prize, (b) participation in this Sweepstakes or any promotion-related activity, or (c) use or non-use of entrant’s image or any promotional materials (including claims based on rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or for injunctive or other relief). The Released Parties are not responsible for cancellations or delays, or if any prizes cannot be provided, or if the Sweepstakes or any part thereof cannot be conducted as planned for any reason due to non-authorized intervention, fraud, weather, acts of war, natural disasters, terrorism events, pandemic, application of law or regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or other causes beyond their control.
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, extend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism, application of law or regulatory requirements) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Anyone who participates in the Promotion through means not permitted by these Official Rules is subject to disqualification. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between, any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials (including printed versions of these Official Rules) and the Official Rules as posted on the Registration Website, the Official Rules as posted on the Registration Website shall prevail, govern, and control.
9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, typographical or printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible.
10 Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the Promotion, including, the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of Participants and/or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, are governed by the laws of the State where the Participating Car Wash is located, without regard to applicable conflicts of law/choice of law doctrine. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all proceedings or disputes regarding the Promotion is the state or federal court located in the state of the Participating Car Wash, in the major city closest to the Participating Car Wash. Each Participant agrees to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right to change of venue; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
11. Severability: If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then (a) the validity, legality and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances, and the other provisions of these Official Rules, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and (b) such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible. In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it, so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
